Bases Loaded '96 - Double Headed

Get on the Duke bandwagon — it is time to kill. Duke was celebrating his recent victory over the scum-sucking alien pigs — and lizards and brains — with a few beverages and ladies at a club when, all of a sudden, a bunch of pig cops came busting in. He took care of them and, as he headed outside, his 1968 custom hog changed in a flash of light into a pink bike. Well, you can mess with Duke, but don't mess with his ride. Immediately, Duke put the puzzle together: the aliens were trying to take over the world.

The amazing adventurer Lara Croft returns once again with the third release in the Tomb Raider series for the PlayStation, Tomb Raider III: The Adventures of Lara Croft. This time she has some new moves such as crawl, monkey swing, and speed dash to help her through tough situations. The story unfolds with some background on the current situation. In years past, British sailors discovered a meteor buried deep in the Earth. Unwittingly, they looted four artifacts found with the meteor. One of these sailors kept a journal as they headed back to England -- he was the only one to make it home alive.

Warcraft II: The Dark Saga brings the successful Warcraft series to the console world, delivering medieval orc vs. human combat to those that haven't been able to enjoy the PC version. Warcraft II is a real-time strategy game that requires players to build up orc and human forces by building structures and creating units for combat. The main objective is to take control of one race and wipe the other one completely off of the map. The console version of Warcraft II sports some changes from its PC predecessor. First and foremost, both the original version of Warcraft II as well as the expansion pack are included. This means twice as many maps and four separate campaigns, giving players 52 different missions split between the races. Other additions include six new full-motion video cut-scenes, and the ability to group sixteen units instead of nine. Also included are extra production options, meaning that if you control multiple bases, it will be easier to maintain one while focusing your attention on the other.

Once again the world has been thrown into danger by the nefarious whims of Major Maxim, and who on Earth could take on the overfiend and live to tell the tale? Why, the Danger Girl team, of course! This trio of smart, sassy and well-endowed heroes has all the bases covered, from whips to big guns to hacking skills. With their back-up team in place, the girls will have to crawl, sneak, and shoot their way through Major Maxim's host of terrifying fortresses and nefarious enemies of the Hammer Empire before they have the chance to once again take down the big red guy himself.

Everyone's favorite "ready to take on the hordes of Hell" space marine is back for one last run of glory. You know, he's the guy that runs around the large alien worlds blasting Barons of Hell and Zombies with rocket launchers, double barreled shotguns and BFGs, all while trying to save our little planet from harm. It's time they gave this guy a rest, and that's just what they're doing. The game, aptly titled Final Doom, is the last Doom game in this legendary, and quite revolutionary, 3D corridor-shooter series. Just like Doom for the Sony PlayStation, Final Doom is basically three games crammed onto one disc. There's the "Master Levels", which are fan-made levels pulled from the Internet, "The Plutonia Experiment" and "TNT: Evilution". With over 40 detailed and inspired levels to conquer filled with nasty monsters and demons, an excellent arsenal of weapons, a two player deathmatch feature and an unparalleled challenge, Final Doom packs an excellent punch.
